AlphaSuite Atlas
AlphaSuite Atlas transforms protein structures into interactive models with automated feature labeling, multi-parameter search, and export options.
What it does
About AlphaSuite Atlas
Developed by AvennaX, AlphaSuite Atlas converts protein structures into interactive, fully annotated models. It automatically labels structural features including domains, motifs, secondary structures, active and binding sites, ligands, and cofactors, connecting these annotations to biological resources such as UniProt, InterPro, PDB, and AlphaFold. Researchers can query structures using protein names, UniProt IDs, PDB codes, diseases, pathways, or plain language prompts. The system exports annotated PNG figures, selection files, and residue table CSVs, replacing manual lookup, alignment, scripting, screenshotting, and note-taking in protein analysis workflows.
