Terms of use

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Debutly. Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Product submissions

You may submit content only when you have the right to do so. You keep ownership of your content and grant Debutly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, and distribute it for operating and promoting the listing and the service. This license ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backups, records, and materials already shared through the service.

Product listings may also be prepared from public launch sources and official websites. Automated systems may help collect facts, draft descriptions, and organize listings. Debutly may edit, reject, hide, or remove any listing, and makes the final publication decision. If a listing about your product is inaccurate or should be removed, contact us with enough information to review the request.

Launch plans and payments

Paid launch plans are one-time purchases unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Prices, included features, and any promotional terms are shown before payment. Stripe processes payments. If a paid service was not delivered as described, contact support so we can review the issue. Refund availability depends on the circumstances and applicable law; these terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Submit deceptive, harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent a product or affiliation.
• Upload malware or interfere with service security or operation.
• Scrape, overload, or automate access in a way that harms Debutly or other users.
• Circumvent moderation, payment, access, or usage controls.
• Use information from Debutly to send unauthorized bulk messages.

Intellectual property

Debutly’s software, design, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Product names, logos, screenshots, and descriptions may belong to their respective owners. To report an infringement, email support with identification of the work, the disputed material, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation of your claim.

External services and links

Listings link to products and services that Debutly does not control. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, claims, and transactions are their responsibility. A listing, rank, badge, promoted placement, or external link does not guarantee quality or suitability. Debutly may identify sponsored or affiliate relationships where applicable.

Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address risk. You may stop using Debutly at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Debutly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, that every listing is complete or accurate, or that using Debutly will lead to traffic, sales, rankings, investment, or any other outcome. Nothing on Debutly is professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Debutly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law. Questions, correction requests, and notices can be sent to support@debutly.app.
