About Barred
Barred is a utility for macOS designed to streamline and clean up the menu bar. By introducing a divider, the application enables users to command-drag icons to either side and toggle hidden items with a click. It handles MacBook Pro notch constraints by moving obscured icons into an accessible hidden section, ensuring background tools remain running without cluttering the display. Built as a lightweight native utility, Barred operates without a Dock icon, user registration, background analytics, or network connectivity.
