BatesKit is a browser-based application designed for batch Bates numbering and PDF production verification. Operating entirely on the client side without uploading files to external servers, it allows users to stamp sequential Bates numbers, confidentiality legends, and exhibit labels onto PDF document sets. The tool applies searchable text using standard PDF fonts aligned to page CropBoxes and rotation settings, and performs automated read-only checks for metadata leaks, redaction integrity, and numbering QA. In addition, BatesKit exports manifest CSV reports with file paths, page bounds, and SHA-256 hashes, operating completely offline without requiring accounts.
