Blockend is an open-source, source-first backend toolkit designed for developers building modern TypeScript services. Instead of installing heavy black-box dependencies, developers use the Blockend CLI to initialize their repositories and add framework-tailored code blocks on demand. This approach enables full code ownership, allowing engineers to audit, extend, and modify backend features like rate limiting, validation, logging, and error handling directly inside their projects.
