ChronoFix is a native macOS application for modifying file timestamps and embedded media metadata across large batches of images and videos. Built using Swift and SwiftUI, it operates completely offline to update capture and creation dates without re-encoding media content. The application offers five specialized modes—Offset, Fixed, Copy, Rename, and Timezone—allowing users to correct mismatched camera clocks, extract dates from filenames, or resequence scanned items. Every batch operation provides a live preview of planned changes alongside a restoration mechanism to revert back to original timestamps.
