About Deski
Deski is a local-first time tracking application designed for deep work on Windows. It automatically logs time blocks by monitoring background mouse and keyboard activity without requiring manual timers to start. To preserve user privacy, Deski tallies keystrokes without recording key content and counts mouse clicks without tracking screen coordinates. All logged data remains strictly on the device inside a single SQLite file, with no cloud uploads or sync. Users can also manually record offline events such as meetings, whiteboard sessions, and calls.
