Greenote is a local Windows desktop application created for Indian chartered accountants and CA practice offices. It transforms client bank statements from PDF, Excel, and CSV formats into Tally-ready vouchers. Because all data transformation occurs strictly on the user's computer, client financial records stay off cloud servers and do not rely on an active internet connection. Greenote also provides offline GSTIN decoding to verify PAN and state details, flexibility to update or delete vouchers post-entry, and automated date- and party-categorized Ledger Summary reports for financial audits.
