IEEE Citation Generator is an independent, unofficial reference formatting utility designed to help users create and organize IEEE citations. Users can generate citations automatically by submitting a DOI, URL, ISBN, or title, as well as manually inputting details or extracting fields from existing references using Smart Extraction Beta. The web application allows building, reordering, reviewing, copying, and exporting ordered reference lists directly in the browser, storing working data locally. It supports batch processing for up to 100 inputs, BibTeX file imports up to 1 MB, and exporting completed lists to TXT, BibTeX, LaTeX, or DOCX.
