JPGSize is a browser-based utility designed to increase image file sizes to meet minimum portal upload criteria. Supporting JPG, PNG, and WebP uploads up to 20MB, the tool processes images locally in the user's browser via the Canvas API. Users can enter a target file size in kilobytes or select preset targets such as 20KB, 50KB, 100KB, or 200KB. To expand the file size, JPGSize re-encodes the image at a higher quality setting and inserts filler data into standard JPEG comment metadata blocks.
