Luten is a sound-first mobile application developed by One Life that provides functional audio tools for sleep, focus, calm, stress relief, and ADHD attention support. Moving away from traditional spoken meditation courses, Luten features Sona, an on-device companion that recommends tracks based on how users feel while learning their preferences over time. The application operates local-first to maintain privacy on the device and incorporates an Apple Health sleep score from 0 to 100 that analyzes sleep duration, sleep stages, heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen.
