Prime Agent is an open-source, self-improving coding harness built on Recursive Language Model (RLM) and Continual Harness abstractions. Designed for software development, autonomous long-horizon evaluation, and autoresearch, it relies on a persistent IPython kernel for programmatic tool execution. Active sessions are managed by a background daemon via a local socket, allowing users to attach and detach through a TUI while session history is continuously persisted to disk in append-only JSONL format.
