Pulse Notch is a native local macOS companion application designed for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 Ventura or newer. It connects directly to a WHOOP 5.0 strap over Bluetooth Low Energy to display live heart rate metrics around the MacBook camera cutout. Featuring a compact view with real-time BPM and a 60-second trend, as well as an expanded panel showing a rolling one-hour trend, it allows users to monitor physiological responses during work tasks without transmitting data to external cloud services or developer backends.
