About Ravelo
Ravelo reimagines screen time management by operating as a personal time bank tailored for people with ADHD. Rather than initiating temporary app locks, the iOS application keeps chosen distracting apps blocked by default at the operating system level using iOS Screen Time. Users deposit minutes into their balance on a 1:1 basis by engaging with productive apps or completing dedicated focus sessions. Earned time can then be withdrawn to unlock entertainment apps for specified windows, returning to a locked state once the balance is depleted.
